That’s not to mention the city’s best views of the lakefront and festival grounds, located just a block to the east. Top-tier facilities include 24-hour security, controlled turnstile and elevator access, a large on-site conferencing center available for tenant use, and several upgraded mechanical areas that are concealed from the general observer. The building even maintains a nesting box on the 41st floor, participating in a successful program to help the state’s previously dwindling Peregrine Falcon population recover.
